I'm on here a lot, today.

A question for those of you more familiar with LJ than I --

What does it mean when some friends in a person's list are in bold script? Mine are all "regular" and uniform but I've seen lists where a third of them are bold and the rest "regular".

Just got back from the longest, boringest, most frustratingest meeting one could possibly imagine in their sick, twisted, fevered mind. I'm having a glass of wine and watching some News Radio on DVD with my baby...this is the only antidote. But, thanks for asking.

How're things with you?

Yuck, yuck, yuck. I hate meetings!

Good wine? That's always nice.

I'm doing OK...feeling better physically, which is good. And, as for the rest, well...I've been knitting a lot because I sort of have to think about it! That takes my mind off other things. Cleaned the house. Organized my piles of papers into smaller piles of papers. Stressed about how to fund my adoption -- and then stopped thinking about it because it was depressing me.

Mostly, I'm trying to keep busy and I'm doing OK. A little stressed at imagining what happens if one of the people involved in my situation somehow finds my journal entry...but I locked it to friends only, so I think that's alright.

Wow. You didn't want all that, did you? Yeah. I'm OK.

Sorry about your crummy meeting. How's the job going? Did you start yet/when do you start? What is it that you are doing? Hope it is enjoyable and meeting-lite!

It's my experience that, when matters such as yours occur, the world feels "thirteen o'clock" for a while.

If you're very concerned about that post, I'd say go back and lock it as completely "private" - that way NO ONE can access it.

The job - I started last Tuesday and I'm doing a bit of data entry, a bit of calligraphy and a bit of packaging (imagine a job that is *that* diverse! - LOL!) It is a very low stress job as the woman who owns the company is very down-to-earth and I can work at my own pace.
Speaking of the job - I have to go get ready, now, and go in.

All the best. {{{{buffra}}}}
