Have you ever seen the episode of MTV's "True Life" (not to be confused with "The Real World") on little people? This one young lady is trying to break into Hollywood, which is hard for any aspiring actress and especially so for a little person. But there's this really heartbreaking, disturbing, and (unfortunately) amusing moment when she gets a phone call from her agent, who has a big, well-paying gig for her, and it's ... Rebecca Romijn-Stamos trying to hire a "midget stripper" for John's birthday party. And then the poor girl has to decide if she's going to take the job, which is the only one she's been offered.
Rebecca and John broke up sometime after that. I can only imagine why.
That poor aspiring young woman! Did she take the well-paying but degrading gig?
I was joking around, a little, about thinking they would last but I'm enough of a romantic to have been slightly bummed when they split....they'd put more years in than most.
