1) What book are you currently reading?
I'm reading The Ultimate Hitchiker's Guide but am not sure I'll finish it. It's amusing and entertaining but on a "I could put it down any time" sort of level. I'm also reading Three to Get Deadly by Janet Evanovich which was suggested by a fellow potential juror. I'm almost positive I won't finish it because it just doesn't grab me. I've read about 30 pages but I could care a lick about any of it. I'm re-reading Order of the Phoenix in anticipation of Rowlings' latest to be released on Friday but that's sort of a "whever I pass by it and have the time" reading. Nothing is grabbing me, right now. :(

2) What was the last book you finished and what did you think of it?
The Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger. I had read it once, already, and really enjoyed it which is why I re-read it. Ptassie sent it to me, sweetie-pie that she is. The first time I read it, it was on loan from the library. I was happy to have it to read at leisure, this time, and also happy that I could pass it on to my friend, tenety, who I really wanted to read it so I could discuss it with her. :)

3) How big in your TBR (stack, pile, mountain)?
I "buy as I go" or "borrow as I go". Very rarely do I have books in wait. Even when I had the money to spend on books, I rarely bought more than two at a time or I'd find myself distracted by what was waiting.

4) In what order do you read the books on MT. TBR?
If I had a stack of books, I'd read by what caught my interest at the moment. I'm ruled by whim!

5) What book have you reread the most times?
I am a re-reader unlike some BCers. If something about a book moves me, I want to revisit it. I've read a few a number of times. Most often, though, would probably be Pride and Prejudice and Jane Eyre (the language is sumptuous!)

6) What was the last book you read that you really enjoyed?
The Time Traveler's Wife and The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night, most recently.

7) What book are you most excited about it's upcoming release?
Why, the new Harry Potter book, of course! :)

On one hand it's relatively inexpensive - on the other, when I looked at the list of "what paying gets you", it doesn't seem like all that much compared to the free account. The one reason I'm thinking about it (this is so lame!) is I'd like to be able to post icon pictures relative to each post (for mood) instead of having the same pic for every post (and have it change every time I change my default pic).

If that's the only perk to a paid account, I can't justify that. SO, those of you who do have a paid account, tell me what else is great about it, please.

Off to exercise; I'll check back for your persuasive arguments, later
