What are your creative dreams?

They morph and change, year to year. Lately, I've had a yearning to learn how to blow glass. There's something elemental and compelling about glass. It's fluid in fire yet brittle when cooled. It can be austere and functional or whimsical and fantastic, clear or colorful. The possibilities for expressing oneself in glass are infinite.

On a smaller scale, I dream of learning new applications for my calligraphy and finding a job, when that time comes, where my artistic side is used.

What do you do to make them real?

Mostly daydream but I keep my ear open about the glass blowing. If anything like that is offered, nearby, I'll sign up for a class. I recently bought a book on calligraphy projects that interested me and used it to design the "Poem in My Pocket" books that I made.

What would you do if time, money, and health were no object?
I'd travel around and apprentice myself to different artisans so I could learn their crafts - have a taste of all sorts of artistic outlets (Jewelry making, glass blowing, etc.) If I still had a desire to blow glass after that, I'd buy all the equipment necessary and set to work creating things.

Who are the supportive people in your life?
MrBug and SFB, of course. Some of my family members and my friends (both here and IRL).

What makes you unique?
The fact that, like Tigger, I'm the only one! :)
